For consultations involving multiple patients or requiring additional time, such as insurances questionnaires, minor surgeries, or psychological consultations, patients are advised to inform the secretary. The secretary will assess if a double appointment is necessary to accommodate the specific needs.

Patients are requested to arrive on time for their appointments. While the practice aims to minimize waiting times, unforeseen emergencies can occur, and patients are kindly requested to bear with any delays in such circumstances.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to provide at least 1-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the consultation. Cancellations must be made by phone and not through emails or voicemail messages. Appointments scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM need to be canceled 24 hours in advance.
