General Practice Van der Poel Rotterdam is a solo practice located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Rotterdam West. Our dedicated team is committed to providing excellent care in a welcoming and friendly environment. We believe in creating a sense of home for our patients, which is why we work with a small, permanent team. To ensure the best service, we operate by appointment only. Even for minor procedures with the assistant, we kindly request that you call ahead to schedule an appointment, as the walk-in consultation hour has been discontinued.

 

In terms of practical matters, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Each appointment is allocated a specific time block to address your concerns. If you have multiple issues to discuss, please inform us in advance so that we can schedule additional time if needed. In the event that you cannot make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed. For Monday appointments, cancellation must be made by 3:30 PM on the preceding Friday.

 

We prefer that you visit the practice with a maximum of two individuals accompanying you. If you plan to bring more people, please inform us in advance. Furthermore, if you are experiencing symptoms such as a cold, sneezing, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or have a temperature below 38 degrees or higher than 38 degrees, please contact us by phone prior to your appointment.
